Our client, a medical device manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Pay Range: $19 - $21 per hour based on experience
Shift: 1st
- Operate manufacturing equipment according to established SOPs, work instructions, and specifications.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintain operational logbooks and production documentation.
- Support preventative maintenance activities and report equipment issues to leadership.
- Assist with material handling, inventory control, and maintaining material segregation.
- Maintain GMP compliance, product quality standards, and a clean, orderly work area.
- Manufacturing or packaging experience.
- Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and supervisor direction.
- Ability to work a1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday 7AM to3:30 PM
