Manufacturing Technician

Candidates must possess strong computer literacy and the ability to accurately interpret and execute detailed instructions.

This is a first-shift position operating on a 3/12 schedule, specifically Friday through Sunday, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

You will handle various manufacturing tasks, collaborating with engineering teams on equipment calibration and setup. Your duties include performing quality testing and rework on components, subassemblies, and finished products. By utilizing advanced software to gather and analyze performance data, you will make real-time adjustments to equipment and instrumentation. Furthermore, you will assist in refining manufacturing procedures and support engineers during experimental testing.

This role is designed for an individual contributor who is growing in their field. You will operate under general supervision, handling tasks that offer some flexibility within established guidelines. You are expected to recognize and address issues in uncomplicated scenarios.

While you will work under general oversight, you will receive less granular direction and will participate in moderate peer reviews of your work.

You will primarily engage with internal team members to exchange information, requiring clear explanation and interpretation to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.

Your work follows defined protocols to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. You will identify straightforward challenges and elevate complex issues to your supervisor for final resolution.

Your contributions will help the team meet its operational goals. Your responsibilities are focused on specific, task-oriented activities that support the broader success of the department.

This position requires the ongoing development of job-related skills. You must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, combined with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or possess an Associate degree with up to 2 years of related experience.
