Elliot Health System is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join the wound center team in New Hampshire. You will support direct and indirect patient care under the RN supervision, assisting with activities of daily living and wound-related treatments.
Responsibilities include vital signs, wound care preparation, documentation, and patient-family support while maintaining infection prevention protocols. A NH LNA license is required and BLS is preferred or completed within 90 days.
