Position: Quality Control Supervisor
Location: Londonderry, New Hampshire
Work Schedule: Full-time, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
A four-month 9/80 work schedule (a two-workweek schedule consisting of eight 9-hour days, one 8-hour day, and one scheduled day off). Then the schedule transitions to a standard Monday through Friday workweek, with timing adjusted based on business needs.**

We're in search of a Quality Control Supervisor to join our team!The Quality Control Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality throughout our manufacturing operations. This hands‑on position leads the daily activities of the Quality Control team while actively participating in inspection processes, quality investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an experienced quality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for precision. This individual will oversee quality inspection activities, manage nonconforming material processes, support corrective actions, and ensure compliance with customer requirements, engineering specifications, and industry standards.
Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Supply Chain, and external suppliers, the Quality Control Supervisor will utilize Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), precision measuring equipment, and quality management systems to drive operational excellence, reduce costs, and continuously improve product quality.
Duties and Responsibilities- Supervise, train, mentor, and develop Quality Control Inspectors while fostering a culture of quality and accountability
- Plan, assign, and coordinate daily inspection activities to support production schedules and quality objectives
- Perform receiving inspections of purchased and manufactured components
- Conduct first‐piece, in‑process, final, and pre‑shipment inspections of manufactured components, assemblies, and finished equipment
- Set up and perform inspections using both manual and DCC Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
- Create, modify, and maintain CMM programs utilizing PC‑DMIS software
- Review, approve, and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation
- Investigate nonconforming material and initiate corrective actions as needed
- Lead root cause investigations and support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities
- Maintain quality records utilizing ERP systems, quality databases, and corrective action systems
- Oversee calibration activities to ensure inspection equipment remains compliant and traceable
- Perform and support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
- Create, review, and manage Certificates of Conformance (COC)
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality concerns and improve processes
- Support supplier quality initiatives including evaluations, audits, and corrective action follow‑up
- Monitor quality metrics, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assist in maintaining departmental budgets while identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in internal and external quality audits
- Travel occasionally to suppliers, contract manufacturers, and customer locations for inspections, audits, and quality assessments
