JDH Inspection Services is currently recruiting RT Level II Technicians to support our operations in Nashua, NH.
LocationWe are seeking candidates who are based in or near Nashua, NH. Qualified applicants from surrounding areas are encouraged to apply. Travel may be required based on project needs.
Required Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current Level II certification in Radiographic Testing (RT)
- Technical background and experience in Nondestructive Testing (NDT) methods and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT examinations and accurately interpret inspection results
- Working knowledge of radiographic testing equipment and techniques
- Experience with NDT report writing and documentation
- Current 40-Hour Radiation Safety Training
- Current Industrial Radiographer State Card
- Ability to provide current or prior copies of applicable NDT certifications and supporting classroom/training documentation
- Valid TWIC Card, or the ability to obtain one
- Willingness to travel as required to support JDH projects
- IRRSP certification
- Additional Level II NDT certifications such as UT, MT, PT, or VT
- Previous experience performing industrial radiography in the utility, pipeline, fabrication, or commercial/industrial sectors
- Experience working to applicable industry codes, standards, specifications, and client requirements
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
JDH Inspection Services provides professional Nondestructive Examination (NDE/NDT) and inspection services to clients throughout the region. We are committed to providing qualified personnel, reliable inspection services, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service.
Responsibilities- The RT Level II Technician will be responsible for performing radiographic examinations in accordance with applicable procedures, codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Performing RT examinations and associated NDT activities
- Setting up and operating radiographic equipment safely and efficiently
- Evaluating and interpreting radiographic images
- Completing accurate inspection reports and required documentation
- Maintaining required radiation safety practices and records
- Working with clients, inspectors, and other JDH personnel to complete projects
- Maintaining required certifications, training, and qualifications
- Traveling to project locations as needed
Candidates must be able to provide current or previous copies of NDT certifications, radiation safety training records, state radiographer credentials, and applicable classroom documentation for qualification and verification purposes.
