By performing their duties consistently and to the level of quality required, the Sales and Marketing Associate ensures our customers know what games they should buy, works to ensure our games are sold into all markets through a variety of channels, and provides support for customers each day. They will also be supporting all marketing campaigns and managing social posts and comments.
Our customers range from large wholesale accounts to individual consumers. This role is responsible for keeping our games in front of buyers, closing sales, and ensuring folks have their needs met so they can enjoy them.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience excelling at these duties and demonstrating success in action.

- Demonstrate exceptional soft skills.
- Capture action items and notes during meetings.
- Engage in a Learning Pathway weekly to reinforce and expand your knowledge.
- Maintain clear and current daily records for all sales and marketing correspondence.
- Respond promptly and effectively to support tickets and wholesale inquiries.
- Proactively reach out to customers to localize and sell our products, maintaining excellent relationships worldwide.
- Check monthly stock levels with wholesale customers and promote our products.
- Develop e-commerce strategies to increase website and social media traffic.
- Manage social media sites and ensure prompt responses to questions and comments.
- Support ongoing media campaigns.
- Manage sales and inventory on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, TCGPlayer, etc.
- Travel to conventions (3-5 times/year) to promote and sell products.
This is a full-time, five-day-a-week, hourly position in New Hampshire. Work outside normal hours for conventions.
- 11:00-20:00 Wednesday through Sunday, with a one-hour lunch.
- Experience in Sales, Customer Service, and online sales channels.
- Strong work ethic and sound judgment.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and self-motivated.
- Team-oriented, communicative, and positive.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Technologically proficient with G-Suite and social media.
- Excellent communicator via in person, phone, and email.
