Import and Export Logistics Specialist
Location: Londonderry, NH (Hybrid – 1‑2 days onsite)

Responsibilities- Support internal customers with manual shipping needs for imports/exports
- Timely creation and distribution of accurate commercial invoices
- Coordinate with various Freight Forwarders and NVOCCs to provide required elements for proper export/import regulations
- Engage Logistics Providers (Air, Sea, Overland) to quote and book transportation needs
- Ensure Incoterm responsibilities are properly fulfilled for each shipment by all parties involved
- Track & trace manual shipments, notifying the “ship to” parties and relevant stakeholders of ETA, delays, etc.
- Engage suppliers to obtain essential data and mandatory documentation in support of customs clearance processes
- Review appropriateness and create applicable waivers, submitting to Customs Brokerage
- Resolve issues resulting in freight being held by logistics companies or other third parties
- Investigate import/export standard process exceptions and deviations with management and Customs Compliance SMEs within Bosch
- Directly support reverse logistics for international customer returns
- Coordinate between internal stakeholders and suppliers to support return‑to‑vendor logistics activity
- Provide crucial analytical and administrative support for CBP inquiries
- Perform necessary data entry into the company’s ERP system (SAP)
- Properly store and maintain records to support document retention requirements
- Support delivery discrepancy reporting and evidence gathering
- Support freight claims processing as appropriate for shipments managed
- Perform ad hoc data gathering / analysis efforts
- High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of Customs Compliance (Import/Export) experience and 4+ years of logistics experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Proficient in navigating, utilizing, and maintaining ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Proven data management skills and ability to report data
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally (up to 4 weeks per year)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Licensed Customs Broker or Trade Specialist Certified
- Experience working with Customs Brokers to file Post Summary Corrections
- General office environment
