- Mid-Level to join their team. As an Accountant
- Mid-Level, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Financial & Regulatory Reporting team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range: $37/hr*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Lead the monthly closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for financial statements and reports
+ Perform reconciliation of contribution, grant details, dividend, and fee activity with high attention to detail
+ Assist with the preparation and review of supporting schedules for external audits and tax filings
+ Research employee matching gift account postings and support ongoing tax reporting activities
+ Participate in quarterly valuation reporting for alternative investments and organizational initiatives
** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
+ Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, investments, or financial services
+ Proficiency in Excel, including macros and database applications
+ Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and regulatory compliance
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
