We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the integration of Forge's third party portfolio into enterprise vendor management, risk, and procurement processes. This is a time-bound, integration-only role focused on coordinating complex, cross-functional work streams, conducting gap/variance analysis, designing interim processes, and tracking third party portfolio synergies ahead of full system and process integration.
This role operates under the direction of a Director-level Integration Lead and does not include people management or steady-state operational ownership. The ideal candidate is a seasoned PM with experience supporting post-acquisition integrations, preferably involving third party portfolios, supplier management, or risk adjacent programs, who thrives in ambiguous environments and brings strong structure, discipline, and executive-level communication.
Key Responsibilities Integration Project Management- Support execution of the Forge third party integration program across multiple concurrent work streams, coordinating activities across:
Vendor Management, Third Party Risk Management, Legal, Procurement, Information Security, Finance and other risk and control partners. - Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring alignment to the overall integration roadmap and Director-level direction.
- Track and manage interdependencies across work streams, escalating risks and decisions as needed.
- Coordinate risk and process-based gap/variance analysis between Forge's current state practices and enterprise requirements.
- Support the design and documentation of interim processes and oversight approaches to mitigate identified gaps prior to full integration.
- Track interim approaches, approvals, owners, dependencies, and sunset timing.
- Coordinate analysis of Forge's third party portfolio to support: identification of overlapping or duplicate suppliers, risk tiering and segmentation alignment, opportunities for rationalization or consolidation.
- Establish and maintain synergy tracking artifacts (e.g., supplier overlaps, cost opportunities, risk reduction indicators), tracking progress against targets established by leadership.
- Support analysis and enablement only; execution authority remains with functional owners.
- Prepare senior management-ready integration reporting, including status updates, key risks and mitigations, dependency and decision tracking, portfolio and synergy summaries.
- Support preparation of materials for integration governance forums and senior leadership reviews.
- Facilitate working sessions and integration checkpoints to maintain alignment across stakeholders.
- Coordinate activities related to vendor and risk data integration, including inventory alignment and data readiness (hands‑on remediation performed by SMEs).
- Support coordination of activities involving Ariba and related procurement/vendor data.
- Maintain structured documentation using One Note, Excel, and PM tools to ensure transparency and continuity.
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, including support of complex, cross-functional integration initiatives.
- Strong experience managing multiple parallel work streams as a senior individual contributor.
- Proven ability to conduct and coordinate gap/variance analysis and support interim operating model design.
- Experience working with or adjacent to:
Vendor management, Procurement, Supplier or third party portfolios, Risk or compliance related programs. - Demonstrated ability to produce clear, executive-level integration reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, One Note, and enterprise PM tools.
- Post-acquisition or large-scale business integration experience.
- Exposure to third party risk management concepts (depth of SME knowledge not required).
- Familiarity with Ariba or similar procurement/vendor platforms.
- Experience tracking integration synergies (cost, efficiency, risk reduction).
- Financial services or other regulated industry experience (preferred, not required).
