Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the integration of Forge's third party portfolio into enterprise vendor management, risk, and procurement processes. This is a time-bound, integration-only role focused on coordinating complex, cross-functional work streams, conducting gap/variance analysis, designing interim processes, and tracking third party portfolio synergies ahead of full system and process integration.

This role operates under the direction of a Director-level Integration Lead and does not include people management or steady-state operational ownership. The ideal candidate is a seasoned PM with experience supporting post-acquisition integrations, preferably involving third party portfolios, supplier management, or risk adjacent programs, who thrives in ambiguous environments and brings strong structure, discipline, and executive-level communication.

Key Responsibilities Integration Project Management
  • Support execution of the Forge third party integration program across multiple concurrent work streams, coordinating activities across:
Vendor Management, Third Party Risk Management, Legal, Procurement, Information Security, Finance and other risk and control partners.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring alignment to the overall integration roadmap and Director-level direction.
  • Track and manage interdependencies across work streams, escalating risks and decisions as needed.
Gap, Variance & Interim State Coordination
  • Coordinate risk and process-based gap/variance analysis between Forge's current state practices and enterprise requirements.
  • Support the design and documentation of interim processes and oversight approaches to mitigate identified gaps prior to full integration.
  • Track interim approaches, approvals, owners, dependencies, and sunset timing.
Third Party Portfolio & Synergy Tracking
  • Coordinate analysis of Forge's third party portfolio to support: identification of overlapping or duplicate suppliers, risk tiering and segmentation alignment, opportunities for rationalization or consolidation.
  • Establish and maintain synergy tracking artifacts (e.g., supplier overlaps, cost opportunities, risk reduction indicators), tracking progress against targets established by leadership.
  • Support analysis and enablement only; execution authority remains with functional owners.
Stakeholder Communication & Executive Reporting
  • Prepare senior management-ready integration reporting, including status updates, key risks and mitigations, dependency and decision tracking, portfolio and synergy summaries.
  • Support preparation of materials for integration governance forums and senior leadership reviews.
  • Facilitate working sessions and integration checkpoints to maintain alignment across stakeholders.
Systems, Data & Documentation Coordination
  • Coordinate activities related to vendor and risk data integration, including inventory alignment and data readiness (hands‑on remediation performed by SMEs).
  • Support coordination of activities involving Ariba and related procurement/vendor data.
  • Maintain structured documentation using One Note, Excel, and PM tools to ensure transparency and continuity.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, including support of complex, cross-functional integration initiatives.
  • Strong experience managing multiple parallel work streams as a senior individual contributor.
  • Proven ability to conduct and coordinate gap/variance analysis and support interim operating model design.
  • Experience working with or adjacent to:
Vendor management, Procurement, Supplier or third party portfolios, Risk or compliance related programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clear, executive-level integration reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, One Note, and enterprise PM tools.
Preferred Experience
  • Post-acquisition or large-scale business integration experience.
  • Exposure to third party risk management concepts (depth of SME knowledge not required).
  • Familiarity with Ariba or similar procurement/vendor platforms.
  • Experience tracking integration synergies (cost, efficiency, risk reduction).
  • Financial services or other regulated industry experience (preferred, not required).
