Senior Vice President of Operations

Provide enterprise-wide operational leadership and strategic support to the COO, with a focus on advancing Westcor Global Inc.’s business objectives, strengthening operational alignment across business units, and executing key initiatives supporting the organization’s goals.

Serve as a strategic partner to the COO and senior leadership team, helping drive alignment across Westcor Global’s companies, identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth, and ensure key enterprise initiatives move from strategy through execution.

• Partner with the COO and Executive team on enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, targeted projects, and priorities, providing leadership, coordination, and execution support across the organization.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives requiring coordination among business unit leaders, Operations, IT, Legal, Finance, Audit, and other corporate functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, standardization, security, and scalability across Westcor Global Inc.
• Support leadership in bringing the organization’s companies, processes, and resources into greater alignment with Westcor Global’s objectives.
• Provide executive-level analysis, recommendations, and project leadership on matters affecting business operations and growth.
• Support business leaders in assessing operational requirements, market opportunities, and implementation considerations associated with expansion initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen Westcor Global’s competitive position and expand its presence in the marketplace.
• Support leadership in developing organizational capabilities and succession strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.
• Serve as a strategic resource to the President/CEO on high-priority initiatives, special projects, and emerging business opportunities.
• Lead or support enterprise initiatives such as GSE pilots, strategic partnerships, new product development, and other initiatives designed to expand or strengthen Westcor Global’s market position.
• Evaluate alternative products, services, and business models that may create new revenue opportunities or enhance the organization’s competitive position.
• Provide leadership with research, analysis, recommendations, and implementation support for complex or sensitive business matters.

This role is mostly sedentary and requires the ability to sit for long periods each day. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate orally. The employee uses hands and fingers to type, handle, and reach. The ability to operate office
machinery such as computer, phone, copier, printer, etc. in the commission of daily duties. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
