$65,000 Base + Performance Incentives (Total Earnings: $100,000+)

We’re growing, and we’re bringing on a Service Advisor who takes ownership, leads from the front, and elevates the customer experience every day.
The RoleThis position requires someone with leadership presence
, excellent communication, and strong sales ability. You’ll guide customers through repair decisions, manage workflow, and set the tone for daily operations. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, drives results, and builds trust through clarity and consistent performance.
This is a high-impact sales and leadership role. Consultative, relationship-driven, and rooted in accuracy, accountability, and follow-through.
What You’ll Lead- Greet customers and manage vehicle intake with authority and professionalism
- Communicate repair needs clearly and confidently
- Create and present estimates and close sales through education and relationship-building
- Direct workflow between technicians and the front office
- Maintain daily schedules and ensure jobs move efficiently
- Follow up on approvals, status updates, and completed work
- Build long-term customer loyalty through consistent leadership and service
You may have automotive experience, or you may come from a performance-driven service environment such as:
- Luxury retail
- Hospitality/concierge
- Healthcare intake or coordination
- Sales or high-level customer service
Must haves:
- Strong leadership presence and confidence
- Excellent communication
- Proven sales ability or strong consultative service background
- Organized, detail oriented, and steady under pressure
- Able to simplify complex information for customers
- High personal standards and strong follow-through
- Values relationships, accuracy, and accountability
- Base salary: $65,000
- Performance incentive program: based on ARO, close rate, and sales
- Total earning potential: $100,000 and up for strong performers
- Paid time off
- No weekends
- Consistent schedule (M-F 7:30
-5:30) and a supportive team environment
