Job Summary

Customer Order Insurance Specialist in our Customer Experience team. Provide world‑class customer experience to recipients, patients, clinicians and others regarding insurance, ordering and billing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in every interaction.
  • Act as a customer champion throughout the Cochlear journey related to insurance, products, service and billing.
  • Guide customers through the insurance process, including eligibility review, collection of intake forms and assignment of benefits.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Reimbursement Operations and Billing & Collections to achieve quality outcomes.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email and chat in a call‑center environment.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma and at least 2 years of healthcare customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to multitask across multiple systems.
  • Patient, compassionate approach when interacting with hearing‑impaired individuals.
  • Drive to go above and beyond to serve customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Hours & Location

In‑person position at Lone Tree, CO. After training, shifts may fall between 5:45am – 6:15pm MT Monday‑Friday, with a rotating Saturday shift of 8:00am – 12:00pm MT.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $22.00–$25.00 per hour.
  • Annual bonus opportunity of 5%.
