Supervise associates in assigned area, assign duties, and provide guidance on member service;
Oversee Sams Club Pickup and ecommerce programs (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club), audit online feedback, resolve customer issues, and identify trends;
Manage Club Pickup operations, ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, and monitor KPI metrics;
Provide training and resources to meet associate needs and ensure adequate coverage at ecommerce pickup locations;
Lead process improvements to enhance CPU efficiency and overall club operations while maintaining safety and policy compliance.
