Join our small family team at our new office here with Catalano Oral Surgery & Implantology as a Front Desk Coordinator! This role is perfect for an outgoing and professional individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring our patients receive top‑notch service from the moment they walk in. Dental, oral surgery, orthodontic, perio or medical admin experience required please!

• Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the oral surgery practice.
• Verify patient insurance and process and post payments accurately.
• Create custom treatment estimates and review with patients.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide information about procedures and services offered.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality while following HIPAA laws for patient privacy.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
• Promote a positive and loving atmosphere for all patients and visitors.

• Previous experience in a dental/oral surgery or medical office preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic & engaging phone presence.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Gmail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Friendly demeanor with a passion for patient care.
• Team player, willing to cross‑train or help others within the office if necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the insurance verification processes is desirable.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• HIPAA/OSHA training.
• Bloodborne pathogen training (we can assist with receiving the 3 above listed and required certifications).
