Step into a meaningful, part-time contract opportunity supporting students from kindergarten through 10th grade. As a school-based Social Worker, you’ll work approximately two days each week, providing essential services to foster students' social and emotional wellbeing. Qualifications and Desired Skills- Licensed or credentialed Social Worker with experience in school settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Background supporting K-10 students
- Comfortable managing a part-time, flexible schedule
- Understanding of the unique challenges facing students in school environments
- Provide direct services and interventions for students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral difficulties
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop strategies for student success
- Conduct assessments and maintain documentation in compliance with school policies
- Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
- Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive school climate
- Flexible, part-time schedule suitable for work-life balance
