Parent/Child, Pre‑K, and Grade School classes are all taught in a clean, fun, safe, and nurturing environment, which encourages children to develop at their own pace.

Job Summary- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family.
- Oversee the full breadth offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met.
- Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members.
Part‑time role:
Tuesdays‑Thursday evenings and Saturdays‑Sundays, 25 hours per week.
- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and membership experience.
- Ensure program quality meets The Little Gym International standards.
- Oversee training and evaluation of team members.
- You’re totally open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s.
- You have a background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics.
- You live to serve and help others be their best.
- You have excellent communication with children and their parents.
- You are positive, energetic, and can also focus on work when needed.
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, a love for kids, and a desire to give back to the community.
