You’ll work on impactful water and wastewater treatment, pumping, conveyance, and infrastructure projects that improve communities while collaborating with project managers, technical specialists, and industry experts across AE2S.

• Lead the planning, evaluation, and design of municipal and industrial water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Prepare and oversee engineering reports, technical memorandums, specifications, contract documents, cost estimates, permit applications, and construction plans
• Serve as a project engineer or technical lead, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and supporting successful project delivery
• Collaborate with project managers to support scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning while maintaining a strong technical leadership role on projects
• Build relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders while contributing to proposals, interviews, and business development efforts
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff, sharing knowledge and helping elevate team performance across the organization

• Lead key portions of complex water/wastewater projects with confidence
• Provide technical direction and problem-solving to project team
• You help deliver projects that are on time, on budget, and buildable
• You are actively contributing to client relationships and repeat work

The anticipated salary range for this position is:

• $$98,100-$119,900
• This salary range represents AE2S's good-faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, technical expertise, licensure, certifications, education, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
