Lucky Strike - 9255 Kimmer Drive - Responsibilities:
Greet guests in person and over the phone to provide a welcoming first impression;
Manage the waitlist and track lane availability;
Assign lanes, shoes, and other equipment as needed;
Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures;
Operate the POS system, central panel, computers, and public address system;
Report pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions to mechanics and log issues;
Provide basic bowling instruction to guests
