Tax Clerk

Randstad is supporting a wealth management client who is looking to expand their fiduciary tax operations team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with trust professionals and tax specialists, helping ensure smooth, accurate, and timely trust tax compliance processes.

salary: $21.42 - $21.43 per hour

• Support fiduciary tax professionals with administrative tasks related to trust tax compliance
• Assist with data gathering and organization for fiduciary income tax filings (e.g., Form 1041 and related state filings)
• Help coordinate information requests between internal teams, trust officers, and external tax preparers or vendors
• Track outstanding tax items and maintain accurate logs or spreadsheets
• Tax Administration & Document Management
• Receive, organize, scan, and log incoming tax related mail, including federal and state tax notices, tax documents, and correspondence
• Accurately index and store documents in designated document management systems in accordance with fiduciary and retention requirements
