We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and patient‑focused Holter Technician to join our team at Kaiser CO Lone Tree. What You’ll Do- Attaching ECG electrodes and portable heart monitors to patients
- Uploading and routing Holter monitor data to ordering physicians
- Providing clear instructions to patients on device use, symptom logging, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintaining device inventory and ensuring equipment readiness
- Scheduling Holter appointments and managing department phone/voicemail communication
- Documenting and routing urgent notifications through Epic/Health Connect
- Communicating effectively with healthcare providers via email, phone, and Teams
- Supporting urgent add‑on requests for device placement from cardiologists
- Monitoring overdue Holter returns and following up with patients
- Reporting damaged devices and coordinating repairs
- Ensuring strict adherence to patient confidentiality and data protection standards
- Identifying and escalating device or technical issues promptly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
- Basic knowledge of Epic Software and RDX1 portal (preferred)
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced clinical environment
- Commitment to patient care, privacy, and professionalism
