- Develop and execute strategic plans for all maintenance operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Perform expert-level troubleshooting and repair of the most complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance staff to ensure high levels of competency and performance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve maintenance processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Oversee relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure the highest quality of service and compliance with contracts.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in a related field.
- Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
- Extensive expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience with safe use of tools and equipment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in a related field.
- Must be willing to move into a “Maintenance Lead” role if offered.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
- Mastery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Valid Colorado driver's license.
- Experienced with safe use of tools and equipment.
- Master-level certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., HVAC, Electrical, and Carpenter).
- Extensive experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Mastery of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Experience working with hand and power tools.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Ability to work on-site.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the work shift.
- Manual dexterity to handle tools and equipment safely.
- Ability to work in potentially hazardous or loud environments.
- Ability to travel as required.
Estimated starting salary range: $44,150 - $60,700 (based on factors such as key skills, experience, education/training, and geographic differential).

Security ClearanceThis position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
