Are you a results-driven, team-oriented leader? This is the opportunity for you! As a Program Manager I, you will oversee multiple projects to support the business objectives at SNC, ensuring successful customer relationships, cost management, scheduling, and technical execution. You will manage programs with budgets up to $20M, supervise project staff, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers.

Your role includes business resource planning, risk and opportunity management, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints.
** Responsibilities:
*** Manage all programmatic aspects of multiple assigned projects, focusing on customer relationships, cost, schedule, and technical planning.
* Track and report on project status, technical execution, and overall program performance.
* Supervise program and project staff to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for customers.
* Participate in business resource planning and tracking in coordination with other corporate entities.
* Formulate and lead a team to fulfill program requirements.
* Identify, track, and resolve program issues and problems.
* Manage program risks and opportunities by identifying, mitigating, tracking, and managing them.
* Interface on project/program status and develop proposals.
* Conduct research and fact-finding for project/program needs.
* Coordinate audits and negotiate with project/program stakeholders to ensure initiatives meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints.
* Support the Program Director and Business Operations in fulfilling their responsibilities for the Business Area.  
** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Management, Engineering or related field.
* 6+ years of progressive experience in project or program management in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry.
* ** Direct experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)**
* ** Demonstrated ability to effectively and responsibly utilize enterprise-approved Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance program management execution.
*** 1+ years' experience leading teams made up of 3+ cross functional team members.
* Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 9 years of related experience is required.
* Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
* Experience with the evaluation of requests for proposals and/or quotes.
