As a Project Integrator II, you will support SNC's business objectives by assisting with the implementation of Earned Value Management (EVM) on specified programs. You will ensure compliance with government, contractual, and internal requirements while aiding in total Program Integration Management and promoting effective program performance.

** Responsibilities:
*** Manage multiple projects or a larger project, overseeing all phases from proposal development to project closeout.
* Assemble project teams, assign individual responsibilities, and identify appropriate resources.
* Develop, define, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
* Interface with internal and external customers or field-based employees on technical matters as needed.
* Communicate project status with senior project managers, functional area managers, or program managers.
* Track progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, and other performance indicators.
* Prepare reports to keep stakeholders informed of project status.
* Ensure timely completion of projects by developing and adhering to schedules.
* Remain agile and flexible to adapt to frequent changes in project requirements or scope.
** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in project management and/or in a related or technical field.
* Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of related experience is required.
* Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
* Demonstrated experience in managing a complex project with multi-function team.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical skills & capability to meet schedules.
* Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
** Qualifications We Prefer:
*** Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
