Morning Star Senior Living - 10100 Commons Street - Responsibilities:
Administer and document regularly prescribed medications per the Medication Administration record observing the five rights for safe administering of meds and per physician orders;
Order meds from the pharmacy when prescribed and 7 days prior to running out of meds to ensure availability;
Document medications in the resident's medical record immediately after administration;
Take and record vital signs prior to administration of medications which could affect or change vital signs;
Administer PRN medications per physician order
