Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Part Time Lone Tree Post Acute

Starting Rate: $32/hour

Lone Tree Post Acute is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our nursing team on a part-time basis. We are hiring for AM, PM, and NOC shifts.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during assigned shifts.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Assist in admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.

• Current California LVN license in good standing.
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

Schedule:

Part-time AM, PM, and NOC shifts available.
