BENEFITS START DAY ONE

Insight Surgery Center is seeking an experienced Operating Room
Registered Nurse to join our high‑performing ambulatory surgery team. This role provides safe, patient‑centered care before and after surgical procedures in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

• Complete comprehensive pre‑op and post‑op assessments (cardiac, respiratory, neuro, pain, hemodynamics).
• Monitor patients and interpret data from clinical equipment.
• Provide safe recovery care for general, MAC, regional, and local anesthesia.
• Use standardized scoring systems (Aldrete, PADSS, etc.) for recovery and discharge.
• Educate patients and families on post‑op expectations, pain management, and home care.
• Communicate effectively and provide accurate clinical handoffs.
• Maintain patient safety, prevent infection, and advocate for patient rights.
• Document care accurately and collaborate with the care team.
• Participate in quality improvement, training, and daily safety huddles.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• 1 year of Operating Room experience required
• Current, active state RN licensure in good standing
• BLS/BCLS certification required (or obtained within 90 days of hire)
• ACLS certification required (or obtained within 90 days of hire)
• PALS certification required if pediatric patients are part of the facility’s scope of care (or obtained within 90 days of hire)
