Position Overview:Lone Tree Retirement Community is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN – Day Shift / Night Shift to join our growing team. As an LPN – Day Shift / Night Shift, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care while ensuring the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:- Providing direct nursing care to residents during Day Shift or Night Shift
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring and documenting residents’ health status
- Communicating effectively with physicians, families, and the care team
- Supervising and supporting CNAs to ensure quality care
- Responding to resident needs with compassion and professionalism
- Upholding the standards and values of Lone Tree Retirement Community
- Current, active license as an LPN – Day Shift / Night Shift
- Previous experience as an LPN – Day Shift / Night Shift preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused
