UCHealth Memorial Hospital North, Colorado Springs, CO. Department:
Medical ICU. Full‑time Equivalent: PRN, 0.0, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Nights. Pay: $35.29 – $54.71 per hour, depending on experience.

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Six months of ICU nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
• BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross, with the card in hand before the start date and valid for sixty days of hire.

• Provide top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice.
• Model proficiency by precepting newly hired or new staff in healthcare and/or UCHealth.
• Welcome new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment.
• Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
• Deliver direct care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in a technically complex environment, following AACN’s Synergy Model and specialty certification standards.
• Support individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout clinical orientation, guided by Clinical Educators.
