Work Schedule:
Part Time, 48.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks).
Shift: Nights.
Pay: $35.29 – $54.71 per hour, dependent on relevant experience.
This position is onsite; no hybrid or remote option.
Minimum Requirements- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years’ experience.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. - State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider and any relevant life‑support certification as determined at position level.
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer; card in‑hand before start date.
- BLS or CPR card must be valid through 60 days of hire.
- Provide top‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice.
- Model proficiency by precepting new hires and/or UCHealth staff.
- Welcome new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment.
- Contribute to safe and high quality care at the point of care.
- Participate in acute care (Med‑Surg) units of moderate to high patient acuity.
- Apply AMSN core curriculum and specialty certification standards within evidence‑based care models.
- Collaborate with Clinical Educators on individualized specialty education and competency validation throughout orientation.
