License: FNP/APRN in Colorado
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
Active NPI and DEA licenses
- Provide comprehensive primary patient care across the lifespan including evaluation, diagnosis and treatment planning
- Manage both acute and chronic conditions using evidence based and Integrative approaches
- Interpret advanced lab, testing, and diagnostics
- Perform in office procedures and the therapeutics (training available depending on experience)
- Collaborate with medical team to develop innovative treatment strategies
- Contributes to practice growth, systems, development, and clinical excellence
