Pay: $33.61 - $52.10 / hour (dependent on experience)
Primary Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize resources.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate; collaborate across disciplines to coordinate care, including transfers, discharge, referrals, and psychosocial support.
- Evaluate learning needs of patients and/or families; provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Delegate patient care to ancillary personnel; may precept student nurses and new hires.
- Apply critical thinking, decisive judgment, and independent action in a fast‑paced environment.
Support providers and patients across multiple specialty services and procedures:
- Cystoscopies
- Urodynamic testing
- Prostate biopsies
- Catheter changes and voiding trials
- Bladder chemotherapy instillations for bladder cancer patients
- ENT in‑office injections and minor procedures
- Colorectal procedures, including hemorrhoid treatments and wound/drain management
- Audiology services within a multidisciplinary setting
- Registered Nurse with experience in a multispecialty or high‑volume ambulatory clinic.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board‑approved Nursing program; if less than 3 years’ experience, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.
- BLS or CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) valid for at least 60 days from hire.
