Morning Star Senior Living - 10100 Commons Street - Responsibilities:
Administer and document regularly prescribed medications per the Medication Administration record observing the five rights for safe administering of meds and per physician orders;
Order meds from the pharmacy when and as prescribed to ensure medications are available;
Observe and report reactions and side effects of medications to the licensed nurse;
Take and record vital signs prior to administration of medications;
Assist with daily resident care tasks such as toileting, grooming, bathing, feeding, dressing and mobility
