IVIRMA North America is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing fertility team, providing care across our Lone Tree and Littleton, Colorado locations.

Position SummaryThe Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) is responsible for delivering the highest level of patient care at a premier fertility center. The provider assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients; orders and interprets diagnostic testing; develops and implements treatment plans; prescribes medications; and provides education and support throughout the fertility journey.
Working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams, the NP/PA plays a key role in providing reproductive healthcare services to women and men while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Essential Functions and Accountabilities- Obtain detailed medical histories, review medical records, and perform comprehensive physical examinations.
- Perform detailed infertility evaluations, including but not limited to:
- Gynecologic examinations
- Ultrasound evaluations
- Mock embryo transfer procedures
- Fertility treatment assessments
- Order, review, and interpret laboratory studies and diagnostic testing.
- Perform 'morning monitoring', including:
- Ultrasounds to monitor ovarian stimulation cycles
- Early pregnancy monitoring
- Collaborate with physicians in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and provide appropriate referrals in accordance with state regulations and scope of practice.
- Provide detailed patient counseling regarding fertility treatment options, medications, testing, and treatment protocols.
- Educate patients and families regarding reproductive health, fertility preservation, and treatment expectations.
- Act as a liaison between physicians, nursing staff, and clinical teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
- Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and clinical outcomes accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and support the clinic’s commitment to exceptional patient care.
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current State Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) – required
- Current APRN licensure, where applicable – required
- National Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or equivalent) – required
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current State Licensure as a Physician Assistant – required
- NCCPA Board Certification – required
- DEA Registration or ability to obtain – required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification – required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification – may be required
- Previous experience in Women's Health, OB/GYN, Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI), or Fertility Care – required
- Experience performing gynecologic examinations, ultrasounds, and patient evaluations preferred
- Experience interpreting laboratory results and diagnostic testing preferred
- Strong patient counseling and education skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
