Job Description:
The Registered Nurse (RN) will work in the Operating Room (OR) providing care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures. The RN will be responsible for maintaining a sterile environment and anticipating the needs of the surgical team during operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients undergoing surgery.
- Monitor and maintain aseptic technique during operative procedures.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of equipment and supplies for surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety and effective outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year current acute care OR RN experience.
- BLS & ACLS certifications.
- Experience with DaVinci Robotics preferred.
- Prior Meditech experience is highly preferred.
