Assignment Duration:
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule:
7 PM - 7 AM
Job Description:
The Telemetry RN will provide high-quality nursing care for patients requiring telemetry monitoring. Responsibilities include managing IV drips, EKGs, administering medications, and providing compassionate patient care with a focus on teamwork and flexibility.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms.
- Administer medications and manage IV drips effectively.
- Care for patients with chest tubes and pacemakers.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Minimum 1-year current acute care telemetry hospital experience.
- BLS & ACLS certification required.
- Experience with Meditech preferred.
- Prior experience in a large trauma facility is advantageous.
