Seasonal Travel Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (Days)

Lone Tree, Colorado

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite | Projected Start:
August 2026

• Provide direct nursing care to labor and delivery patients, postpartum patients, and high-risk antepartum patients using the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Support and participate in vaginal deliveries and cesarean section deliveries
• Direct and coordinate all nursing care activities within the Labor & Delivery unit
• Operate and interpret fetal heart rate monitoring equipment including Novii and GE monitors, fetal scalp electrodes (FSE), and related technology
• Document patient care accurately using EMR systems (CPN and Meditech)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a unit staffed with charge nurses, RNs, CSTs, and CNAs across a 19-bed unit with PACU, triage, and L&D OR rooms

• Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital Labor & Delivery experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• AWHONN or Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification

• Experience in Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, and/or NICU settings
• Flexible, friendly, and dependable personality well-suited to a fast-paced Labor & Delivery environment

• Work alongside an experienced and tenured nursing staff in a well-equipped Labor & Delivery unit featuring modern fetal monitoring technology and dedicated OR, PACU, and triage spaces
• Gain valuable travel nursing experience in a high-volume, full-service L&D unit with a supportive team environment
