Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Lone Tree, CO and surrounding areas. You will provide direct patient care, assessments, and education for home infusion therapy, coordinating with the care team to ensure safety and quality.
Responsibilities include on-call rotation, documentation, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Soleo therapies and protocols. A current RN license and relevant experience are required or preferred.
