American Traveler is hiring a seasonal travel RN for a Main OR unit requiring 1 year of acute care OR experience, BLS/ACLS, and CO or compact RN licensure.

• Main Operating Room unit within a 284-bed hospital
• Schedule is Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights from 7P to 7A
• 13-week seasonal assignment
• Estimated patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2, never guaranteed
• Utilizes DaVinci Robotics equipment
• Uses Meditech / CPN EMR system
• Performs vascular/hybrid OR, trauma, and neuro procedures
• On-call required from 5P to 11P Monday through Friday with a 30-minute response time
• No overnight on-call required

• Active RN license (CO or Compact) required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care OR RN experience required
• Robotics experience highly preferred
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
• Experience in large trauma OR facilities preferred
• No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration

• Work alongside a team including charge RNs, trauma RNs, and surgical techs
• Day shift staffing includes 1 Charge RN, 1 Trauma RN, and 1 Trauma Tech, varying by day
• Night shift staffing includes 1 RN, 1 Tech, plus 2 on-call RNs and 2 on-call Techs
• Self-motivated candidates with a positive, team-oriented attitude are best suited for this unit
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
