Morning Star Senior Living - 10100 Commons Street - Responsibilities:
Administer, pour, pass, and document regularly prescribed medications per physician orders under the direction of the Wellness Director and as approved by state regulations;
Order meds from the pharmacy 7 days prior to running out and ensure their arrival; notify Wellness Director if delayed;
Document medications given in the resident's medical record immediately after administration;
Observe and report reactions or side effects of medications to the licensed nurse;
Assist with development and review of the resident’s care plan in collaboration with other disciplines
