American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring a CO or compact license and current OR experience in a fast-paced surgery center setting.

• Surgery center OR setting with a 4x10 schedule from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
• Patient ratios of 1:1 in the OR and 2:1 in PACU
• EMR systems used include paper charting and SIS
• Required to float to all Denver-area surgery centers on an as-needed basis
• Team includes PACU and OR charge nurses, OR and PACU RNs, surgical techs, SPD techs, and rad techs
• Variety of procedures performed including ortho sports medicine, general surgery, ENT, pediatrics, GYN, podiatry, plastics, and urology

• Active RN license (CO or compact) required
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of current OR RN experience required
• Experience circulating a variety of service lines in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

• Lower acuity patient population with a wide variety of case types
• Join a stable, experienced team with long tenure
• Ideal candidates are flexible, self-starters with a positive attitude
• Facility is located adjacent to a medical center in a fast-paced environment
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered
