• Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants with a consultative, client-first approach
• Source, structure, and negotiate commercial transactions from start to finish
• Build on an existing book of business while cultivating long-term client relationships
• Provide strategic guidance, market insights, and tailored solutions
• Collaborate closely with fellow brokers in a team-oriented environment

• 5+ years of commercial real estate brokerage experience
• Demonstrated transaction history and established client relationships
• Strong local market knowledge and deal execution skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high integrity and professionalism
