Lead and support store operations to meet store goals including guest service, sales, expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising.;
Deliver exceptional guest service through relationship building, product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, well-maintained store environment.;
Manage scheduling, back-of-house organization, inventory, damages, shipping-prep, and loss prevention systems; oversee banking.;
Coach and develop associates, provide timely feedback, reward and recognize performance, and participate in hiring decisions.;
Lead floorset and visual merchandising rollout with district/visual leaders; maintain brand aesthetic and communicate performance observations.
