Fabletics Retail is currently looking for a Seasonal Store Associate for our Fabletics Retail Store at Park Meadows in Lone Tree, CO

This position will report to the Store Manager and is expected to run for 3–4 months with potential to extend.

• Embody our culture and values and provide insight to customers on how they can live their passion.
• Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on fabric, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store, including store events, promotions and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to increase overall customer experience.
• Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, and identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10–30 lbs).

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees and business partners in and out of the store.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends and national holidays.
• Ability to perform constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Hourly rate of $18.81–$19.00, depending on experience.
