Position Summary

Sam's Club #6634 is seeking an associate at 7817 Park Meadows Dr, Lone Tree, CO .

• Communicate and explain membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members, assisting with account decisions and encouraging renewals.
• Provide customer/member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, assist purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues and concerns, promote products and services, and maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Maintain the gas station/car wash area: clean, organize, enforce accurate pricing signage, handle claims and returns, zone the area, manage merchandise and supplies, identify shrink or damages, and ensure a safe work environment.
• Receive and stock merchandise supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, organize the facility, utilize equipment, and complete required paperwork, logs, and documentation.
• Operate cash registers and related tools to process customer purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types.
• Operate and maintain gas station/car wash area equipment, providing products and services in accordance with Company policies.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
• Experience performing cashier or customer service roles preferred.

• Previous experience in a retail or gas station setting.
• Basic math and computer skills.

The hourly wage range is $20.00 to $28.00, with additional premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances.
