Retail Assistant Store Manager, Fabletics; Park Meadows - Lone Tree

Job Description Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager for our Fabletics Retail Store at Park Meadows in Lone Tree, CO. As a key collaborator with the Store Manager and leadership team, you'll drive both sales and operational excellence, leveraging cutting‑edge technology to create a seamless, omnichannel shopping experience between online and our physical stores.

• Support the Store Manager and peer Supervisor in training associates and preparing them to engage customers.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events, promotions, and community projects.
• Support and manage daily store activities aligned with company and store goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to increase overall customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure a pleasing shopping journey.
• Provide feedback across the organization to improve the business continuously.
• Meet or exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge for customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain safety and security standards and report potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes as required (10‑30 lbs).

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal and social skills to engage customers, employees, and partners.
• Ability to work with large teams, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and handle ambiguity.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Excellent communication and motivation skills, with ability to bring out the best in others.
• Multitasking, setting priorities, and working well under pressure.
• Flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical ability to move, lift, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and stand for at least two hours.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
