Stock Associate

Join Tommy Bahama as a Store Associate, responsible for merchandising, inventory management, and guest service.

Process merchandise to the selling floor, replenish inventory, provide product knowledge for guests, manage stock room operations in partnership with the Stock Coordinator, handle inbound and outbound shipments accurately and timely, maintain organization and accessibility of storage areas, actively participate in store-related meetings, generate reports, and communicate inventory inquiries or discrepancies.

• 2+ years of guest service and stock experience
• Organized and efficiency-driven
• Strong communication skills and numeracy
• Collaborative and proactive in identifying opportunities
• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness to perform other duties as needed to support the business

• Lift or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders
• Routine standing for the duration of shift (up to 8 hours)
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Rate range: $15.00 or minimum wage – $21.00 per hour, depending on experience, knowledge, skill set, location, and budget.
