Position: Part-Time

Assist customers in finding premium quality eyewear, provide a personalized and exceptional shopping experience, and contribute to a positive store environment.

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience by making connections, paying attention to detail, and offering a personalized shopping experience resulting in customer satisfaction.
• Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong professional relationships with peers and management.
• Take pride in store appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized, and secure all company assets.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy
• Self‑accountability for sales results through use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
• Self‑motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi‑task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment

$14.77 - $19.78 per hour (based on experience)
