Job Description

As an Assistant Store Manager
, you will support the Store Manager to deliver excellent service to our customers and team members. You will work closely with the Store Manager to understand daily, weekly, and monthly store priorities, assign projects and tasks to Key Holders and Sales Associates, and ensure compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.

• Support the Store Manager in delivering a positive customer experience.
• Assist in the assignment of projects and tasks to team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Address operational issues and maintain store performance standards.

• Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends.
• 1+ years of Retail Management, preferably in fast‑fashion.
• 1+ years of proven experience inspiring and managing diverse, high‑performing teams.
• Strong ability to drive sales, stock, and service delivery.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising practices, including visual merchandising directives.
• Flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.

• Move around the store during the shift.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Regularly squat/kneel for tasks such as accessing under‑storage bins.
• Use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform safely as required.

This is a full‑time hourly paid position with a wage range of $24.00 – $27.00 per hour.
