Orvis is seeking a dynamic Lead Retail Guide who embraces the outdoor lifestyle and loves outfitting customers for great adventures. You will work with the Store Manager to create a welcoming store atmosphere and lead by example on the sales floor.
As a brand ambassador, you will inspire customers, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional experience. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds.
