As a member of the freezer, cooler and deli team you will keep shelves stocked, maintain sanitary conditions, and provide friendly service at the deli counter. Your role supports our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain product quality and availability by controlling temperature, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lower‑quality items.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell items and display them properly in containers and on stock displays.
• Keep the deli area clean, sanitized, and ready for members.
• Follow safety standards and conduct safety sweeps, including proper forklift spotting and hazardous‑material handling.
• Assist members by acknowledging them, locating merchandise, offering purchasing assistance, and providing deli products.
• Resolve member issues, promoting company products and services, and completing required audits, paperwork, and logs.
• Maintain the freezer/cooler/deli area under food‑handling and cold‑chain procedures, inspecting fans, drains, and doors for proper operation.

• Follow all safety and food‑handling policies.
• Perform weekly safety sweeps and report safety concerns.
• Shop floor maintenance, including stocking, returns handling, zoning, and display management.
• Record required paperwork, logs, and audits.
• Promote member service and excitement for the club’s offerings.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of all job training and assessments during the prescribed period.

• Experience in stocking or customer service.
• Ability to prioritize member satisfaction and problem‑solve proactively.
• Adaptability and willingness to embrace change.
• Creative thinking and out‑of‑the‑box innovation.

• Hourly wage range: $21.00 to $29.00, plus performance incentives.
